Nena Hayes, founder of The Knead, is a midwest raised artist who finds fulfillment through creative connection. Storytelling is at the root of motivation, whether that be through the different spheres of writing, music making, or visually, Nena does it all. Creating vulnerable and safe ecosystems for people to confide in through art is imperative. Nena finds joy in holding space for the swell and shrink of all branches of The Human Experience. Intentionally allowing for the expansion of being in all aspects with room for growth, acknowledgment of mistakes, and everything else in between.
